The cashew one has 18 grams of pea protein. Larabars are good but protein is slim to none so I usually stay away from them. Here is the link to the bars I suggested just in case you are interested
http://www.gomacro.com/Jamihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03463830545280451006noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30790380.post-6154153464855947882009-06-07T11:19:14.627-04:002009-06-07T11:19:14.627-04:00Hello, my name is Jarred I have recently started t...Hello, my name is Jarred I have recently started to blog. I think Vega Whole Food Energy Bars are a good pick if you want to keep added sugars to a minimum. I believe Vega uses agave nectar as a sweetener in their bars and they are a strong advocate of keeping foods raw and minimally processed.Franknoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30790380.post-2749978406915456552009-06-05T21:42:56.126-04:002009-06-05T21:42:56.126-04:00I'll jump onto the bandwagon for Larabars. Not only that, the five Jocalat versions of them all contain chocolate (fair trade certified, organic cocoa).

The only varieties of Larabars I haven't tried are Peanut Butter Cookie and Key Lime Pie (because I haven't seen them), andRussell D.https://www.blogger.com/profile/06288398017003553757noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30790380.post-60720030904744768922009-06-05T19:45:18.444-04:002009-06-05T19:45:18.444-04:00Amen to that! They are great and it's not even close to cheating because there is absolutely no sugar added in any form. The peanut ones are made with: dates, peanuts, and salt. Delish. The cherry pies are 100% raw: dates, almonds, unsweetened cherries. Give em a try.Ebonynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30790380.post-79290041712389111962009-06-05T17:03:49.638-04:002009-06-05T17:03:49.638-04:00I'm sending you virtual pats on the back for g...I'm sending you virtual pats on the back for going gluten free with the bread!

We've done that for the most part with our home team.
