Accually, I like the workout a lot, but it was not as challenging to complete as Feb. 2009 workout C. In my opinion Buff Dudes & Hot Chicks workout C is the hardest to master! If for some reason you're feeling particularly masochistic try replacing the 20 seconds of bodyweight squats with 20 seconds of jump squats (or do 10 seconds of each).
