Monster Metabolic Workout

I'm off to do a Metabolic Workout with some Mikey Whitfield Finishers.

I'll be doing this workout with Joel Marion in his garage gym, and all we are using are powerblocks, a TRX, and a medicine "slam" ball. It will go like this:

1A) PB (PowerBlock) Chest Press - 40 seconds
1B) TRX Row - 40 seconds
1C) Med Ball Slam - 40 seconds
- Do four rounds with no rest between exercises or circuits

Rest 1-2 minutes before the next circuit.

2A) TRX Pushup - 40 seconds
2B) PB Row - 40 seconds per side
2C) Total Body Extension - 40 seconds
- Do three rounds with no rest between exercises or circuits

Rest 1-2 minutes before the next circuit.

3) 5 minutes of TRX core training (using pikes, mountain climbers, etc.)

4) Mikey Whitfield Finisher #1

And then because Joel likes to take things to extremes...

This workout is my birthday gift to Joel. Ha!

That could hit almost 1,000 calories for me. For Joel, it might be 1,200 or more. Then we'll take the Jet Skis out on the Gulf of Mexico for a bit to cool-down.
