Tuesday Truth

Another day of massive mindset and motivation for you. Windy hurricane outside is windy, but no real workout planned for me today. Saving it all up for a deadlift session tomorrow.

Today there will just be a few windy dog walks with my newly groomed pooch. You can see his lame Halloween costume at www.TurbulenceTrainingFanpage.com

Today's Truth:
The best person you can compare yourself to is yourself. Who cares what a celebrity or even a friend is doing. Are you better than last week? That's really all that counts. At the end of the day, what truly counts is that you simply keep going no matter what." - Mike Whitfield, Certified Turbulence Trainer, www.WorkoutFinishers.com

"You don't have to know a lot of things for your life to make a lasting difference in the world. But you do have to know the few great things that matter, perhaps just one, and then be willing to live for them and die for them. The people that make a durable difference in the world are not the people who have mastered many things, but who have been mastered by one great thing." - John Piper, Don't Waste Your Life

Do not take it personal when someone attacks you. This will happen a lot. If you must, simply look at the criticism constructively, and discard personal attacks. Operate with honesty and integrity all the time and you will never have to worry about what other people say about you.
