I'm pleading you to stop

Please, PLEASE stop rounding your back while doing deadlifts, dumbbell rows, or even picking up weights off the ground. I saw a little old lady doing this in the gym today. It was nice she was trying to deadlift, but not nice watching her fold herself in half with each rep.

On a lighter note...

Today we went to someone's house for a quick visit, and we brought ol' Bally the Dog. He stole some chicken wings, jumped on the owner, went swimming in their pond, ran around their house, riled up their dog, and stuck his nose everywhere it shouldn't have been. All in a day's work.

One of my favorite workout finishers from Mike Whitfield is his Burpee-Chinup countdown combo. So simple, so effective.
