Later I had a great workout.
1) Power Clean - 3x5
2A) Bench Press - 3x8 with 205
2B) Front Squat - 2x6
3A) Pullup - 38 reps in 5 sets
3B) Leg Curl - 2x12
3C) DB Neutral Grip Press - 70x3x10
